Can individual surveys be stored?

Yes, any number of questions can be stored in a simple interface for targeted placements.

How are the widgets integrated?

The integration takes place via a small HTML code that is placed anywhere. This loads the FanQ widgets within an iFrame or via JavaScript directly into the page.

Does it work mobile/ responsive on all devices and sizes?

The widgets are flexible and automatically adjust in width to work properly on mobile devices. For longer surveys with more than 10 possible answers, the widgets expand in length, adapting to the respective question.

How is the widget visually customised?

You send us a specification, such as a CI guideline and logos, and we use it to create an individual widget variant with your colours, logos and links.

Can the integration be done once, without further work?

The integration can be done once and then "left to run". FanQ provides current questions on a daily basis, which can also be narrowed down more precisely in consultation.
